ONE OFF/PROTOTYPE WORK
As well as batch production we specialise in one off pieces and can advise on any modifications that we feel would make the part easier to manufacture. We will create CAD drawings to your spec. for prior approval to make sure that what you want is exactly what you'll receive.
REMANUFACTURE OF FAILED/WORN PARTS
We offer an emergency call out service to collect your parts and manufacture new or possible repair of the failed/worn part to get your business back up and running.

Alex Thomas
Director of Lex Precision Engineering. Alex founded the company in 2018 and has grown it to the success it is today. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience, his expertise includes turning, CNC milling, balancing and CAD/CAM.
Outside of work, Alex has a strong passion for Motorsport, particularly karting and Formula 1, with a keen interest in the engineering and precision manufacturing that drive performance in the industry.

Tom Rylands
Tom is a Multi Skilled machinist engineer with over 15
years of experience in machining practices ranging from: manual lathe, manual milling, balancing, welding, slotting and metal spraying. He's also Proficient in CNC milling and turning based on fanuc controls, with 15+ years experience in CAD/CAM programming. Tom delivers precision-engineered solutions backed by extensive technical knowledge and practical industry experience.
Nick Postles
Nick is a highly experienced member of our team, with over 33 years in precision engineering and manufacturing. With a background spanning in the automotive, aerospace, nuclear, railway and marine industries, he brings extensive technical knowledge and problem solving abilities across every project. Nick specialises in complex turning and milling operations including advanced 5-axis machining and has great attention to detail.
